Visa & Travel Authorisation Disclaimer
We are an independent application-assistance service, not a government body, embassy or immigration authority.
Draft placeholder text — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Replace with the final wording (and company registration details) before this site goes live to real customers.
Not a government service
The Express Visa is a privately operated service that helps travellers prepare, check and submit eVisa, ETA, ESTA, e-VOA and arrival-card applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
You can apply directly, for less
Every travel authorisation we help with can also be obtained by applying directly with the relevant government authority, usually for the government fee alone, without our service fee. Our fee is for the specialist review, form preparation, guidance and support we provide.
No guarantee of outcome
Approval, refusal, processing time and any additional questions or documents requested are decided entirely by the issuing government authority. We check your application for completeness, consistency and common errors, but we do not decide the outcome and cannot guarantee approval, a specific processing time, or that nothing further will be requested of you.
Accuracy depends on you
Our review is only as good as the information and documents you give us. Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information can lead to delay, refusal, being denied entry on arrival, or, in serious cases, a future travel ban — consequences that are entirely outside our control.
Always check official sources
Entry requirements change without notice. Before you travel, check the current requirements on the official government website of your destination, which is always the definitive source.
