Data we collect
To process a visa application we collect passport details, contact information, travel details, payment information and supporting documents you upload.
How we use it
We use your data to review and prepare your application, communicate with you about its status, take payment, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — improve our marketing and site analytics.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with: the government authority or visa system your application is submitted to; our payment processor, to take payment securely; and service providers who host our systems or send email or SMS on our behalf, under contracts that restrict their use of your data. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or your explicit consent, as applicable.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Passport images are deleted sooner, once no longer needed for the application or a related dispute.
How we protect it
Identity fields are stored encrypted, and access to sensitive fields is logged. We do not sell your personal data.
Children
Our service is not directed at children. We process a minor's passport data only as part of their parent's or guardian's own application, submitted by that parent or guardian.
Your rights
