Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, when the service fee is refundable, and why government fees are not.

Cancelling before we start
You can cancel free of charge at any time before we begin reviewing your application — for example, right after checkout if you change your mind. Contact us with your tracking code and we will cancel and refund the service fee in full.
Cancelling after review has started
Once a specialist has started reviewing your file, we've done work that can't be undone; we may deduct a pro-rated amount for that work from your refund, or, where required by local consumer law, refund it in full. We'll tell you what, if anything, will be withheld before completing the cancellation.
Cancelling after submission to the authority
Once your application has been submitted to the relevant government authority, our service fee is no longer refundable for a change of mind, because the service has been fully performed. The government fee is paid to the issuing authority at that point and is subject to that authority's own rules, which are almost always non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Refunds for our error
If your application is refused because of a mistake we made — rather than incomplete, inaccurate or false information you provided, or a policy change or discretionary decision by the issuing authority — we refund the service fee in full.
Government fee
Paid directly to the issuing authority once your application is submitted. It is set by that authority, not by us, and is non-refundable in almost every jurisdiction, including when an application is refused.
How to request a refund
Email info@expressvisa.app with your tracking code and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days and, where a refund is due, to return it to your original payment method within 14 days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank before contacting us, we may need to pause your application while the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first — most issues are solved faster this way.
