Terms of Service
The rules for using The Express Visa's visa application review service.
Draft placeholder text — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Replace with the final wording (and company registration details) before this site goes live to real customers.
What we do
The Express Visa is an independent service that reviews travel-authorisation applications (eVisas, ETAs, ESTAs, e-VOAs and arrival cards) before submission to the relevant government authority. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any immigration authority.
Pricing
Each application has one all-inclusive price shown before checkout, made up of the government fee and our service fee. The government fee is set by the issuing authority and is non-refundable once submitted.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents. Our specialist review reduces, but cannot eliminate, the risk of refusal by the issuing authority.
Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the conditions under which the service fee is refundable.
No guarantee of approval
We review your application and documents for completeness and consistency before submission. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decision of the issuing government authority; approval, refusal and processing times are decided solely by that authority.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, logos and software — belongs to The Express Visa or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or scrape it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the service fee you paid for the relevant application. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information you provided, decisions of government authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
