Distance Sales / Service Agreement
The agreement between you and The Express Visa for services purchased remotely through this website, under Turkish Law No. 6563.
Draft placeholder text — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Replace with the final wording (and company registration details) before this site goes live to real customers.
Parties
This agreement is between you ("the Customer") and The Express Visa ("the Service Provider"), operated by Express Visa Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Turkish tax ID 3810921891, MERSİS No: 0381092189100001, registered at Merkez Mah. 161 Sk. Kaya-3 Sitesi A Blok No: 3A, İç Kapı No: 1, Kemer/Antalya, Türkiye — and is formed when you complete checkout on this website.
Subject
The Service Provider prepares, reviews and submits, on the Customer's behalf, the travel-authorisation application described in the applicable order summary, in return for the total price shown at checkout (service fee plus, where applicable, the government fee paid on to the issuing authority).
Price and payment
The total price, currency and payment method are shown and confirmed by the Customer before payment is taken. The service fee is charged when the order is placed; any government fee is charged to, and paid on to, the issuing authority once the application is ready for submission.
Performance of the service
The Service Provider begins performance only after the Customer's explicit request at checkout. Because performance typically begins shortly after ordering, once performance has started the service is treated as one whose immediate performance began with the Customer's approval, in line with distance-sales rules for services.
Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer law, the right of withdrawal that applies to distance sales of goods does not apply once the Service Provider has begun performing a service with the Customer's explicit consent. Cancellation before performance starts, and the treatment of cancellation after performance has started, is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery of the service
Because this is a digital/administrative service rather than a physical good, "delivery" means the Service Provider completing its review and submitting the application (or, for a self-service declaration such as an arrival card, completing and submitting that declaration) and notifying the Customer of the outcome by email.
Disputes
Complaints and disputes under this agreement may be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts competent under Turkish law according to the current monetary thresholds, without prejudice to any additional rights the Customer has under the law of their own country of residence.
