How our prices are built, and why the government fee is separate from our service fee.

Two components
Every price shown on this site is made up of two parts: the government fee set by the destination's issuing authority, and our service fee for reviewing, preparing and submitting your application. Where a product has no separate government fee, the price shown is our service fee alone.
The government fee is not ours to change
The government fee is fixed by the issuing authority, can change without notice on their side, and is paid on to them once your application is submitted. We do not mark it up, and we show it separately wherever the authority publishes it separately.
The service fee
Our service fee reflects specialist review of your documents and answers, form preparation in the authority's required format, error-checking, and support until your application is submitted — and, on paid tiers, faster handling. It does not vary based on nationality, destination popularity or demand.
You can also apply directly
You are always free to apply directly on the issuing authority's own official website or office, paying only the government fee. Choosing our service is optional and pays for the review and support described above.
No surprise charges
The total price shown at checkout is the total you pay. We do not add charges after checkout beyond what was shown, except where you separately request and explicitly confirm an optional add-on, such as an urgent-processing upgrade.
