What you are buying
A review, preparation and submission service for the specific travel authorisation shown in your order summary — for example, an eVisa, ETA, ESTA, e-VOA or arrival-card declaration for a named destination and traveller.
Total price
The order summary shown before you pay states, separately, our service fee and, where the product includes one, the government fee that will be paid on to the issuing authority. The total shown is the full amount you will be charged; there are no hidden fees.
Payment method and timing
Payment is taken by card through our payment provider at the time you place your order, in the currency shown at checkout.
When the service will be performed
We begin reviewing your application as soon as it is submitted with all required information, and aim to complete our review and submit it to the issuing authority within the processing time shown for your selected tier (standard, priority or urgent).
Your right to cancel
You can cancel free of charge before we start reviewing your application. Once review has started, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens next. By completing checkout, you ask us to start performing the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun.
